The
NYPD deny that police groped Amanda Bynes. The Police insist they acted
appropriately when they arrested Amanda Bynes last Thursday. Bynes claims on
Twitter that she was groped and an officer "slapped my vagina."
Four
female employees of the Fontana school police department are accusing a cop
named Officer James Garcia of sexually assaulting and raping them.
Layers
said the victims were threatened with termination if they spoke about the
sexual assault allegations. In 2006, an
18 year old accused Garcia of sexual assault but prosecutors did not charge
him.
