SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — Bennie Brandon Hand, a cop has been
charged with sexually assaulting a vulnerable adult while on duty.He was
charged with misconduct in office, third-degree criminal sexual conduct and
abuse of a vulnerable adult. The warrant says Hand abused a woman who suffers
from a mental disease between July 1 and Jan. 1.
