Stephen Olenchak, a Davie Florida cop convicted of sexual
battery and sentenced to 10 years in prison, will not be released pending his
appeal, a judge ruled this week Judge Jeffrey Levenson said Olenchak is a
"significant flight risk". A Broward County jury convicted Olenchak
in April on charges he molested a 19-year-old family member four years ago
while his wife and 4-year-old son slept in the same bed.
