A Rio Grande cop named Alejandro Gutierrez is arrested after
a woman came forward alleging he demanded oral sex. Gutierrez, Jr. was arrested
on Monday morning. He is being charged with sexual assault, official
oppression, and civil rights violation of person in custody.Early Sunday
morning Gutierrez pulled the woman over for a traffic stop and discovered she
had a warrant for a misdemeanor charge.Chief Piper said the woman then followed
Gutierrez in her own car to the police station. While there, a family member
came to pick up the woman’s car while her information was being processed. Gutierrez
offered the woman a ride home. That’s when the woman said the officer demanded
oral sex.
