EUGENE — A Eugene police pleaded guilty Wednesday to sexual
harassment and also admitted there was evidence to convict him of misdemeanor
sexual abuse. Stefan Zeltvay was
sentenced in Lane County Circuit Court to four-and-a-half months in custody,
which he will serve at home with electronic monitoring. The Register-Guard
reports the 44-year-old harassed female co-workers and other adults.
